Adviser Questions What computer equipment do we need?Your current PC and internet connection should be sufficient but check it out. Take a Test Drive and fill in a brief form to see your custom IPS and a sample ATT allocation telling yout: When, What Funds and What % in each. This is exactly what your clients see but it would have your advice and your brand name. What does EZA cost?The current monthly service charge is $325. Check out your breakeven with some pricing and subscriber options. There's a setup fee which includes training, 6 customized web pages with your product name and graphics. How is training done?Once your account is set up and loaded we train you in an online environment similar to the demonstration setting. The time involved is typically 4 half hour sessions. In addition, we provide a complete instruction manual for your use and unlimited support calls. Who sets the client advisory fees?EZA allows the adviser to set advisory fees at both a plan level and also at the subscriber level. We also have advisers setting fees based on assets, or charging nothing as service to their clients. What client payment options are available?EZA includes automatic subscriber invoicing and is based on the payment option selected by the subscriber (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual). Credit card payments are also available if allowed by your broker/dealer. How long does it take to get operational?After receipt of your signed contract and deposit ($995), we implement your custom features and generate your customized system (10 business days) and begin training. Some variable factors, such as compliance could extend the implementation. What about security, privacy and backup issues?Your account and the EZA software system are housed at an internet service provider (ISP) whose systems are fully redundant, have complete firewall protection, and have a bandwidth that will handle your operational requirements on a 7/24 basis. Backups are done nightly. All users are set up with SSL to further protect personal information and this ISP is SSAE 16 compliant. Do you provide the fund recommendations?No. As our tagline says, YOU ADVISE...we deliver. What about our current website?We integrate EZA to your current site and this interface will look similar to your site. In addition, all emails sent from EZA will use your logo to further your branding efforts. We also construct 5 web pages as a part of our setup process to provide for features such as registration and subscriber login so subscribers see only your brand. Are there any limitations with EZA?EZA has no limits on the numbers of subscribers or retirement plans. EZA also archives every plan allocation you do and provides easy access to those allocations. EZA is cloud resident so you have access to your data via the internet from almost anywhere and at any time. Does EZA have tools to help me grow?Yes, EZA provides an embedded CRM module and advisers do GoToMeeting reviews lasting 7-13 minutes and are getting 6 referrals for every 10 reviews. We have a REFERRAL PROCESSOR, which sends out referral request emails to subscribers and those referrals are inserted into the EZA referral tracking module. How can EZA increase my client/subscriber "touches"?Your recommendation alerts are sent about 4 times a year (can also go to their cell phones). EZA sends them a reminder email if they haven't done a login within 3 days. All emails have your brand at the top. Each subscriber receives an average of 13 automatic emails annually like: Balance Update Reminder, Birthday Greeting, Sign Up Anniversary, Review Thank You, Alert Reminder, Payment Receipt, etc.
